I have been meaning to write this letter for a couple of months. Back in late December, I had two heat/air units installed in my house by your company. I just wanted to compliment everyone in your firm that worked on this job.

My first impression was with John Thomas, who I hope you value tremendously. John was very personable, prompt, responsive and professional .I also got three other quotes from your competitors. I did check everyones record at BBB.I made a decision to go with your firm and have no regretted it. Once the system was installed we had a few minor issues. I called up John directly and he made sure the issue was resolved the next day.

That type of service is appreciated especially after the sale/installation.
I was very pleased with efforts of Malone Heat and Air and just wanted to let you know.

Your company just successfully completed the 3r major jobs for me this year. Just to let you know how well your employees are doing.

Back in the winter one of my renters (Mr. crow in his late 70 with congestive heart failure & on oxygen) called around 7 o'clock said his heat was out I called the office & Karen answered I told her the problem... she dispatched a service tech & had the heat back on in a short time.

Also back in the winter another one of my renter’s heat went out (a single man with 3 small boys) again the tech was dispatched. I was called & told that the unit had reached life end. .jimmy came out quoted me with a couple of options & the unit was replaced the next day.

At the beginning of spring when the temperatures stared soaring my 90 year old dad called & said his a/c had gone out. I called the office & again a tech was dispatched another unit had reached its end of life the tech patched it up to get dad through the weekend. Jimmy gave me his personal cell # & told me if it went down during the weekend to call him. Come Monday morning the installers were @ dad’s house installing a new unit.

Another house that my wife & I live in has had heat & air problem since we bought it, jimmy came out looked it over & found the unit & duct work were not capable of supplying the need of the square footage. The unit & duct work were replaced.

All this to let you know how pleased I am with the service I have received from your company. You should be proud of the employees you have the techs are either in the extreme heat or cold. All have been very pleasant and professional. The installers have done a great job. I wish I could remember all of their names but Chris & Ron, Karen & sherry & the installers are all great people.
I know you are very proud of jimmy he is a great young man always giving me the best of service.

You did not just luck into the best of the best you & your company have earned it. I hope you will pass on the compliments to you employees they are what can make or break a company.

We had guests this weekend and I am happy to report that they were very comfortable staying upstairs. Since the temperature hit 100 degrees outside, the new system passed its first real test with flying colors. Lynn and I appreciate that you went above and beyond to make things right, particularly when the fault was with Lennox.

We would be happy to recommend Malone Heating & Air to anyone looking for a HVAC contractor.
